The inclined belt conveyor is a fundamental component in modern material handling systems. Its main function is to move the product from lower levels to higher levels on a continuous power belt. Our inclined conveyor stands out due to its meticulous attention to detail in its design.
The core of this system is the belt. Based on specific applications, we provide:
Smooth strap: Very suitable for stable and non slip items such as boxes or bags.
Belt with baffle: Set raised shoe studs (rods) on the waist belt at regular intervals. These are crucial for preventing loose items or bulk materials from sliding backwards. Clams made of different materials have different heights and shapes (such as T-shaped, V-shaped).
Side wall belt: used to transport fine-grained, granular, or powdery materials (such as sand, grains, or plastic particles) at steeper angles without spilling.
The conveyor frame has stability and strength, and can support the forces generated by loads and slopes. Our drive system is of the correct size and can provide stable power for efficiently improving materials. Skirts can be added on the side to accommodate materials and prevent them from falling off the edges during the ascent process.
